岗位职责：

Planning, approve and management of production plan and management of production process

Determination and management of manufacturing methods 

Inspection of intermediates/raw materials, confirmation and record of their results and keeping of them

Distinction and management of raw materials, semi finish goods and final synthesis products 

Prevent release of non-conforming products/intermediates

Stop production process in the case of incident in safety/quality

Keep and manage all inventory, records and documents 

Manage, educate and train staff of synthesis production department 

Management of Changes (Method, Material, Machine, introduction of new products and new process etc.) 

Participate Process Hazard and Job Hazard Analysis

任职要求：

University graduate in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry or Chemical Engineering 

Chemical Process knowledge about Organic Chemistry, textile dyes Chemistry preferred 

Chemical knowledge for purchasing raw materials 

Leadership necessary for production management and control / monitoring 

Production problem-solving ability. 

Japanese and English skills to communicate with Global contacts 

Knowledge about Processes for Waste Water and Exhaust Gas Treatment
